The Bosch Net Zero Home

'Net Zero' solution means no monthly energy bill with normal demand.

Bosch has built a zero-energy home at Serenbe, a sustainable eco-conscious community south of Atlanta. This is a private residence and no public tours are available. The Net Zero home is a systems approach to creating a house that is not an energy drain on the planet's finite resources. Its technology helps homeowners reduce their monthly utility bills and protect the environment.
